I had two keys cut here that Canadian Tire couldn’t do. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable and cut all sorts of keys even odd sizes. Highly recommended. Both keys worked well. Pricing is very fair.

I called this place and I was told to come by the next morning. I did not have my keys to my sentrysafe box and needed to open it. This guy fixed the problem and opened it for me in about 10 minutes and really made my life a million times easier. The great things were his attitude and also extremely low cost of the work. It only cost me 30 CAD including the tip. This was what I call exceptional service. For the same thing I had quotes from 100 CAD and above. Thank you

Friendly service and quick turnaround. Greeted immediately as I walked through the door, guy at the counter was personable and not the least bit patronizing (which can happen in specialty stores where customers such as myself are not well acquainted with the how’s and what’s of their business) and answered all my questions, proactively for some (as in why a key I had chosen wouldn’t work for the key I was getting cut).I think many of us forget that these types of services exist and go to the corner mart or Canadian Tire to get keys cut. That’s fine, I initially went there too, but didn’t like what I saw and looked up where to get professional keys cut and was reminded of locksmiths. Glad I was. I’d rather support them when possible. Go!
