We bought a fixer-upper from the property auction. We knew we would need to do a lot before making it ready for occupancy. Our priority was the locks on the windows and doors, and when we visited the property, we noticed that they were pretty old and not secure. I called the locksmith company, and they sent their personnel over. He inspected the locks and provided us with a great deal. He didn't need much time to finish the job, but he didn't charge us much. We're thankful for their help, and we will continue to use their services in the future.
