Amber Locks

Wow, just wow. Needed a locksmith for a local OAP and was worried I'd get a rogue trader. Instead Amber was there within 10 minutes, sensibly priced and had the lock sorted in seconds. To add, we also needed a keysafe and he had one on the van so he fitted that too. I really can't fault.

Unable to secure Conservatory door.My Mother was unable to lock her Conservatory door. We called Amber locks and were impressed with their service from the very beginning. Lee called us shortly after we’d made our original call. He was there almost immediately and was very professional from the off. Lee explained everything to us throughout and was clearly there until the issue was fixed. He used systematic processes to establish the problem and left us with a lock that works perfectly. Lee even got us both to try the door to make sure we could operate it. A very pleasant young man with an excellent attitude. Very professional service and we were impressed with the cost. Great service from Amberlocks. Jerry arrived within 10 minutes of calling in a panic after leaving the house and front door handle falling off!! Fixed the problem and charged a very reasonable amount for his time and new mechanism. Would definitely go to them again if I ever needed a locksmith locally. Thanks Jerry!

I needed some engraving and although it couldn't be done on a very old silver trophy, I came out with an engraved silver plate on a marble base secured to the base of the trophy. Wonderful service and at a very modest price. My 3 week of granddaughter will be delighted she has a 75 year old silver trophy belonging to her 98 year old great grandmother after whom she is named. Brilliant.
